Rhea Planning To Take Action Against SSR Family
The prescription and the chats of the two sisters of the actor clearly indicates that the family was aware of the actor’s mental health“- says Maneshinde

As per TOI report, Satish Maneshinde said – “The prescription and the chats of the two sisters of the actor clearly indicates that the family was aware of the actor’s mental health.”

Maneshinde added, “They were exchanging prescription notes of medication and lied to the court and ED. Besides the consultation is also illegal and if even an online consultation has happened the doctor gives prescription to an existing patient whose history he knows in advance.”

He said that Rhea Chakraborty will be taking all possible legal action, including prosecution, against the family.

The lawyer also told India Today, “The family denied and made a false statement with the CBI, the SC and Mumbai Police that it was Rhea who was giving drugs/medicines to Sushant.”

Satish Maneshinde also added that it should be investigated that how a doctor from Delhi’s Ram Manohar Lohiya Hospital prescribed medicines to Sushant Singh Rajput, who was in Mumbai.

He said, “It is highly improper. They need to be prosecuted for making false hospital prescription. In the prescription, it is said that it was made in OPD, which is false. Sushant didn’t step out of his home. It should be investigated how Sushant got the prescription from Ram Manohar Lohiya Hospital sitting in Mumbai. It was a forged document.”

The lawyer also claimed that Sushant’s sisters Priyanka Singh and Meetu Singh were in control of Sushant’s life. “The messages from June 8 show that Priyanka gave medicine to Sushant. Priyanka and Meetu both were in full control of the situation between June 8 to June 14.”

He concluded with – “Let CBI complete the process, then we will decide to take the appropriate legal steps.”
