Richa VS Payal: ‘This Is What A Win Looks Like’; Richa Wins Defamation Suit; Mocks Payal

Expressing gratitude towards the Bombay High Court, Richa Chadha shared a copy of the court order against Payal Ghosh.

Richa had filed a complaint against Ghosh for ‘defamation’ in relation to the Anurag Kashyap-Payal Ghosh controversy.

Sharing the victorious court order against Payal, Richa captioned her Instagram post, Grateful to the Hon’ble Bombay High Court for justice.‘ And here are the consent terms ‘signed undertaking’ DECREED by the Hon’ble Court as per its order 14th Oct, 2020. Richa’s last statement, ‘this is what a win looks like’, is a dig a Payal as the latter had tweeted there was a ‘no win no lose, only win and win’ situation for her.

Earlier, Richa had shared a court order where it was mentioned that Payal Ghosh had to apologize to Chadha. In response to that, this Friday Payal had shared on Twitter the copy of the order and shared that she tendered a “conditional apology” to Richa.

Payal wrote, “These are our conditions in para 3, accepted by plaintiff & her lawyer, so by putting certain conditions in para 3, it becomes conditional apology. Jai Hind!! India is intelligent enough to understand wording in consent term, amicable settlement means no win no lose, only win & win.
