Rhea Chakraborty was recently granted bail but the NCB probe in SSR Case is still ongoing.
The latest development is that the agency has arrested the brother of Arjun Rampal’s girlfriend/ live-in-partner Gabriella Demetriades; Agisialos Demetriades!
As per India Today report, NCB officials arrested Agisialos Demetriades on Sunday and also seized a small quantity of Hashish and Alprazolam tablets from him. (both banned narcotic drugs)
Talking to ETimes, NCB Zonal director Sameer Wankhede confirmed that Agisialos has been arrested in the same case as Rhea Chakraborty.
“The accused has been in touch with the drug peddlers from the Sushant-Rhea case. The accused has a direct connection to the case and therefore he has been arrested. The NCB has got his custody for two days.”
Demetriades’ role in drug dealing came to light from the arrest of other peddlers in the case. He was allegedly actively supplying drugs.
Meanwhile, Gabriella and Arjun Rampal are live-in partners and have a son together named Arik.
