From Pole-dancing To Ballet; Watch Bollywood Celebs Lockdown Dance Videos!

Lockdown has been driving us all crazy and peeps have been making the most of this extra time to hone a new talent or hobby.

Our B-Town ladies are no different! Check out how most of them decided to dance away the lockdown blues:

1) Alaya F

Alaya F made a refreshing debut this year with ‘Jawaani Jaaneman’ co-starring Saif Ali Khan. The leggy lass’s Instagram is known for its killer fashion aesthetic, fun work-out vids and groovy dance moves!

Talking to Mumbai Mirror, Alaya confessed – “I took classes for acting and dancing during the lockdown. They made me feel like I am not taking my job for granted and helped me get better.”

2) Kriti Kharbanda

‘Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana’ actress Kriti Kharbanda revealed what her biggest stress busters during lockdown were – piano and pole dancing!

“Playing the piano and pole dancing were my biggest stress-busters and helped keep the mind and body fit. I am really hoping that I get to tap into it in a film to show the world my progress, inspiring others to do the same,” she shared.

3) Richa Chadha

Did you know Richa Chadha was a trained Kathak dancer? That’s right!

During the lockdown, the actress started honing a dance form she’d learnt in Kazakhstan – belly dancing. She also complained that none of her films have scope for dance!

“I’d even do an item song where I wouldn’t be the item,” Richa commented.

4) Radhika Madan

‘Angrezi Medium’ star Radhika Madan revealed that tap dancing was on her bucket list of lockdown masti.  “I’d always wanted to learn it.”

Check out some other quirky dance moves of Radhika:

5) Sanya Malhotra

‘Ludo’ actress Sanya Malhotra admitted that dancing helped her be in a better mental place to battle lockdown blues.

“It had been years since I danced so freely. The pandemic gave me time to get back to it. Dancing 2-3 hours daily, including proper warm-ups and stretches, helped me become mentally happy”, she told Mumbai Mirror.

6) Mrunal Thakur

Mrunal Thakur will next be seen sharing screen space with Shahid Kapoor in Jersey. The actress’s go-to dance form was ‘ballet’.

“The dance engages the core and requires you to lose weight before you even begin to learn the more difficult moves. I had to discontinue when I resumed Jersey shooting but kept myself in shape with MMA sessions on the beach before the next film. I enjoy ballet and intend to get back to it soon.”

7) Ananya Panday

B-Town cutie Ananya Panday also opted for virtual dance classes during lockdown and learnt belly dancing! Shimmy, shimmy yeah!

“I just wanted to explore a new dance form, and I find belly dancing very fascinating and beautiful. If I get a chance, I’d love to use it in a film. But in the lockdown, I just did it for fun”, shared Panday.
