1) Academic Accomplishment

Sushant Singh Rajput had scored an All India Rank of 7 in Delhi College of Engineering Entrance Examination in 2003. He was also a National level Olympiad winner in Physics!

2) Background Dancer

Sushant’s entry into the glamour world may have been humble, but he later proved his mettle. Did you know he was also a part of renowned choreographer Shiamak Davar’s troupe as a background dancer?

3) Ambidextrous 

He could write with both hands

Sushant was quite the rare genius and ambidextrous too! An ambidextrous person can write with both hands.

4) The star on the moon

Sushant love for astronomy and cosmos was boundless. He had made headlines for buying a piece of land on the moon in the region called the ‘Mare Moscoviense’ or the ‘Sea of Moscovy.’ He had even gotten himself the highly advanced Meade 14’’ LX-600 telescope to stargaze better!

5) Went to NASA

SSR was to star in the space movie ‘Chanda Mama Door Ke’ as an astronaut. The actor had even taken training at NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) and interacted with real-life astronauts to gain valuable insights into life aboard a spaceship.

6) Flying Dream

One of things from his bucket list of 50 dreams was to ‘learn to fly’. The actor had even bought himself the super-expensive Boeing 737 Fixed Base Flight Simulator, which is estimated to cost between $15,000 to $4 million.

Sushant was also an entrepreneur – he had founded a company in 2019 dealing with artificial intelligence, mixed reality and experiential technology.

He had named this company after girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. The company was registered as ‘Vividrage Rhealityx Private Limited’.

8) Dreams 150

Sushant was also working on his own film, Geniuses and Drop Outs. The script was also referred to as Dreams 150. 

9) Intoxillectual: The Book Club

From science, artificial intelligence to philosophy, Sushant wanted to encourage discussions on versatile topics.

In 2018, he had formed the ‘Intoxillectual: The Book Club‘ on social media, where he would recommend fascinating reads.

Sushant always remembered to give back in the time of need and had even made generous donations- 1.25 crores to Nagaland CM as well as 1 crore to the Kerala Government for flood relief.
