CONFIRMED Official Theatrical Release Calendar Of 2021 Bollywood Movies!

Seems like 2021 is going to be a promising year for Bollywood with several awesome releases.

So, let’s have a look at 2021’s confirmed official theatrical release calendar of Bollywood movies.

1. Tuesdays And Fridays- 19th February

Directed by Taranveer Singh, ‘Tuesdays And Fridays’ is an upcoming musical rom-com movie, which will hit the theatres on Feb 19. This movie features Anmol Thakeria Dhillon, Jhataleka Malhotra, Niki Walia, and Zoa Morani as lead characters. ‘Tuesdays And Fridays’ is produced by Bhansali Productions & SCIPL.

2. Haathi Mere Saathi- 26th March

Being delayed due to Covid-19, ‘Haathi Mere Saathi’ will now release in theatres on 26th March. Inspired by the unfortunate event of humans encroaching on the elephant corridors in Kaziranga, Assam, ‘Haathi Mere Saathi’ is a story of love and compassion towards animals and nature.

Produced by Eros International, the film is directed by Prabhu Solomon. The film stars Rana Daggubati, Pulkit Samrat, Shriya Pilgaonkar, and Zoya Hussain. This movie is also being released in Tamil and Telugu language.

3. Radhe- Eid

Salman Khan starrer upcoming actioner ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ will hit the theatres on Eid (dates yet to be announced). This Prabhu Deva directorial also features Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda, and Jackie Shroff in important roles.

4. Satyameva Jayate 2- 14th May

John Abraham and Divya Khosla Kumar starrer vigilante action film ‘Satyameva Jayate 2’ will hit screens on May 14Directed by Milap Zaveri and produced by T-Series in collaboration with Emmay Entertainment, ‘Satyameva Jayate 2’ is a sequel of ‘Satyameva Jayate’ (2018).

5. Pushpa- 13th August

Upcoming action thriller movie ‘Pushpa’ features stylish star Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles. Directed by Sukumar, this pan-India movie is scheduled to open in cinemas on August 13, 2021.

6. Sharmaji Namkeen- 4th September

Actor Rishi Kapoor’s last film ‘Sharmaji Namkeen’ is all set to hit the screens on September 4, Rishi Ji’s birthday. Excel Entertainment has roped in veteran actor Paresh Rawal to complete the remaining portions, which was left unfinished due to Rishi Kapoor’s sad demise.

Directed by Hitesh Bhatia, this film also features Juhi Chawla in a pivotal role. It’s a coming-of-age story of a 60-year-old-man who wants to discover his life after retirement.

7. Dhaakad- 1st October

Kangana Ranaut starrer upcoming action thriller film ‘Dhaakad’ will have a theatrical release on October 1 this year. This Razneesh Ghai directorial also stars Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutta.

8. RRR- 13th October

Directed by SS Rajamouli, the upcoming period action flick RRR (Roudram Ranam Rudhiram) is set to hit theatres on October 13, 2021. This pan-India movie stars NTR Jr, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, and Ajay Devgn in pivotal roles.

9. Maidaan- 15th October

Ajay Devgn starrer biographical sports drama ‘Maidaan’ will be releasing worldwide in theatres on Dussehra, 15th October. Priyamani, Gajraj Rao, and Rudranil Ghosh also feature in this Amit Ravindernath Sharma directorial.

10. Jersey- 5th November

Actor Shahid Kapoor starrer ‘Jersey’, a Hindi remake of a Telugu blockbuster of the same name, is all set to hit theatres on Diwali- November 5. Also starring Mrunal Thakur and Pankaj Kapur, this upcoming sports drama is directed by Gowtham Tinnanuri, who helmed the original as well.

11. Laal Singh Chaddha- Christmas

Aamir Khan’s much-awaited movie ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, the official Hindi remake of the 1994 Tom Hank’s film ‘Forrest Gump’, will hit the theatres on Christmas (dates yet to be announced). Advait Chandan is directing this comedy-drama, which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Mona Singh.
