Did you know one of the richest actors Shah Rukh Khan didn’t take a single penny for his role in ‘Bhootnath Returns’? Apparently, SRK refused to charge any fees for ‘Krazzy 4’ and ‘Dulha Mil Gaya’.
2. Amitabh Bachchan- Black
Shahenshah of Bollywood Amitabh Bachchan didn’t charge any fees for ‘Black’. In one of his blogs, Big B wrote, “I had just wanted to work with Sanjay, after seeing all the other works he had done… And when the opportunity came it was quite overwhelming. I did not take any salary for the film… Just being a part of such an enterprise, was sufficient fees!”
3. Deepika Padukone- Om Shanti Om
Shantipriya Deepika Padukone didn’t take any remunerations for her big-ticket Bollywood debut in ‘Om Shanti Om’. Seems like DP was happy that she got to star opposite SRK in her first movie only.
4. Shahid Kapoor- Haider
According to reports, Shahid Kapoor decided not to take any fees for ‘Haider’ to save the movie from going over the budget. Little did he know that this movie will become a success.
