The biopic of Olympic Gold-medallist and retired sports-shooter Abhinav Bindra was announced in 2017.
Harshvarrdhan Kapoor has been roped in to play the lead, while Anil Kapoor as his on-screen father.
Recently, reports have been doing rounds that the Abhinav Bindra biopic has apparently been shelved, at least for the time being.
Not only that, but it’s also been reported that both Anil & Harshvarrdhan have reportedly moved into another project.
However, Anil Kapoor took to Twitter to shut down all the reports of the biopic being shelved. The actor also claimed that the reports are not true.
Reacting to reports, Anil wrote, “This is not true. Apna source check karo (Check your source).”
Due to some unavoidable reasons, this project has got delayed for almost three years.
Meanwhile, last year, in Feb, Anil Kapoor took to social media to announce that the film had gone to floors.
