While Shah Rukh Khan will be seen essaying the role of RAW agent, we hear that John supposedly plays the role of a ruthless terrorist in this much-awaited action-packed flick.
As reported by Bollywood Hungama, the ‘Dhoom’ actor’s character is said to be a cold-hearted undercover terrorist who apparently has no nationality and only works for money.
“John plays the role of someone who works for money. He doesn’t have a nationality; he is ruthless with his only religion being money. It’s more like a freelance undercover terrorist. In ‘Pathan’, he works for the Russian mafia, who are running a covert gun racket in India,” a source revealed to the portal.
Reportedly, John, who is said to be on a mission in disguise, will be involved in multiple chase sequences and hand-to-hand combat with SRK. Scrapping the bulky avatar, the actors have gone for lean appearances this time.
Meanwhile, according to media reports, ‘Pathan’ is supposedly gearing up for Eid 2022 release.
