Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar, as we know, is making a Netflix series based on the popular American ‘Archie Comics’.
Yesterday, it was reported that Zoya is launching Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan in this series.
Reportedly, Suhana will essay the character of Betty in the Archie comics series. It is said that Zoya wants to cast fresh faces for the characters of Archie, Jughead, Reggie, Betty, Dilton, Veronica, Moose, Pop Tate, and other fictional characters from Riverdale High School.
While the search for Archie is still going on, seems like, Zoya has found her Veronica in yet another star kid.
If this media report is to be believed, the filmmaker will apparently cast Sridevi-Boney Kapoor’s younger daughter Khushi Kapoor as Veronica in the Netflix series. Yes, you heard this right!
The report further suggests that Zoya might cast Saif Ali Khan- Amrita Singh son Ibrahim Ali Khan in the role of Archie. However, there is no confirmation yet.
