Sonakshi Sinha will next be seen in the ‘Double XL’ movie.
The upcoming film will be tackling fat-shaming and promoting body positivity. It will also co-star Huma Qureshi and Zaheer Iqbal in prominent roles.
For the unversed, Zaheer had made his Bollywood debut with the 2019 romantic-drama ‘Notebook’. From 2019, there has been speculation in the media that Sonakshi has been allegedly dating Zaheer.
The actress also had a sweet birthday wish for Zaheer (10th Dec) but she referred to him as ‘BEST FRIEND’ in her Instagram caption.
Talking to TOI, Sonakshi brushed off the relationship rumours floating around –
“Zaheer is like my best friend. We laugh off this news because it is very funny. We have worked in Double XL together. I really appreciate him as an actor. I think he was very good in his first film, Notebook. His role in Double XL is drastically different from what he did in his debut film. I think he is very talented and definitely someone to watch out for.”
