Aryan Khan Gets A CLEAN CHIT From NCB In Drugs Case! Read Deets –

Aryan Khan, son of Shah Rukh Khan, was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau last year in connection with the Mumbai cruise drugs bust case.

After spending 28 days in jail, the 24-year-old star kid was finally granted bail by the Bombay High Court on October 28, 2021.

Now, as per the latest India Today report, NCB has given a clean chit in the drugs case due to lack of sufficient evident.

Reportedly, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) – headed by Sanjay Kumar Singh – relooked into the whole case and has found that there is not enough evidence to pursue the case.

As per HT, NCB said in a statement –

“SIT carried out its investigation in [an] objective manner. The touchstone of the principle of proof beyond reasonable doubt has been applied. Based on the investigation carried out by SIT, a complaint [charge sheet] has been filed against 14 persons under various sections of NDPS [Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances] Act. Complaint against rest six persons is not being filed due to lack of sufficient evidence.

Meanwhile, last year, the Bombay HC had released its detailed bail order today (November 20) and stated that there was ‘no positive evidence’ of any conspiracy between Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha in order to commit drug-related offences.
