Tunisha Sharma’s mother Vanita had levelled shocking accusations at Sheezan Khan and his family, that they were forcing her to convert to Islam and more.
Sheezan Khan’s family recently held a press conference to address these allegations. Here are some key points from the talk –
1) Tunisha Showed A Hanging Noose To Her Co-star –
A day before suicide, Tunisha had shown a pic of a ‘hanging noose’ to co-star Parth Zutshi, while Sheezan was also present in the room. When Sheezan overheard the conversation, he also intervened, greatly disturbed. However, Tunisha said she didn’t have any intention of doing anything.
Tunisha’s Mom was called to set and made aware of the scenario and she was told to take care of her daughter and not leave her alone. In spite of that, her mother left her by herself allegedly; because Tunisha was not at home on the night of 21, 22 and 23rd December.
2) No Foul Play In Chats Between Tunisha-Sheezan
Addressing the allegation that something fatal had happened between Tunisha and Sheezan in the 15 mins before her death, his lawyer clarified that Sheezan was shooting and Tunisha was in her room. She didn’t talk to Sheezan but someone else, and the police are investigating that.
There is no foul play in the chats between Sheezan-Tunisha, his lawyer said. He further added that the couple had broken up and moved on with their lives.
3) Pawan Sharma Is Tunisha’s EX MANAGER Not Uncle –
Moreover, the controversial Pawan Sharma, who is making statements to the media – is not Tunisha’s uncle but her ex-manager! He was fired by her 4 years back for ‘interfering too much’.
4) The Truth About The Hijab Pic & Allegations Of Conversion –
There is no angle of love jihad. Talking about the allegation that Sheezan’s family was forcing her to convert to Islam and wear hijab – his lawyer clarified that Tunisha’s viral hijab pic was a costume from episode 21 of her Ali Baba show! The cast was celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi, wearing the clothes from the episode.
5) Strained Relationship With Mother Who Used To Control Her Finances –
Tunisha’s relation with family wasn’t good. Tunisha was still affected by the death of her father.
Police is investigating Tunisha’s Mom’s relationship with Sanjeev Kaushal. Tunisha’s Mom and Sanjeev used to dominate her and control her finances.
6) No Mystery ‘Girlfriend’, The Woman In Question Has Given Statement –
Talking about the alleged ‘mystery girlfriend’ of Sheezan, the lawyer said they were merely sensational claims by Tunisha’s Mother. The lawyer said he was going to protect the identity of this woman, and she has already given her statement to the police.
Talking about the call and the ‘deleted whatsapp chats’ the lawyer commented that the Police has retrieved the data and are thoroughly investigating it. There was no secret ‘girlfriend’ but this woman has been questioned for the case’s sake.
7) Tunisha Was Struggling With Mental Health –
Tunisha’s Mom Vanita was in a relationship with Sanjeev Kaushal. Sheezan’s family had questioned Tunisha’s Mom – as to why she was neglecting her daughter, and the Mother had even admitted that she had been negligent.
Tunisha was depressed because of her childhood trauma, Sheezan’s family said. She was forced to work without taking a break, they alleged. Mental health should always be a priority – they maintained.
8) Tunisha’s Mother Overworked Her Allegedly –
Tunisha’s mother would harass her with excessive calls while she was with Sheezan’s family, they claimed. Tunisha wanted a break for Christmas and spend time with family, but her Mom had booked her for a work gig on 2 albums! Tunisha reportedly didn’t want to work because her face wasn’t looking good. However, her Mother forced her to shoot.
9) Tunisha’s Mother Didn’t Want Them To Marry –
Sheezan’s lawyer said that the claim that Sheezan had told Tunisha’s Mom – “Do whatever you want,” was baseless. On the 23rd, Sheezan had called Vanita to the sets and told her about the disturbing ‘hanging noose’ pic that Tunisha had shown them and requested her to take care of her daughter.
Talking about the break-up, Sheezan’s family said that the duo had a very understanding relationship but Tunisha’s mother didn’t want them to marry. Sheezan had said that he and Tunisha should focus on their own lives and Tunisha shouldn’t be dependent on anyone. They had decided to give each other time and move on allegedly.
