After riding high on back-to-back success, Kartik Aaryan has decided to get himself a lavish home.
As per the latest buzz, the Shehzada actor has rented Shahid Kapoor‘s sea-facing apartment in Juhu, Mumbai.
According to a report, Kartik Aaryan has signed a 36-month lease for Shahid’s 3,681 square feet swanky apartment in Praneta Building on Juhu Tara Road for a monthly rent of Rs 7.5 LAKHS!
Reportedly, Mira Rajput has inked the deal on behalf of her husband Shahid Kapoor, while Kartik Aaryan leased the apartment through his mother Mala Tiwari.

As the report further suggests, Kartik has apparently paid Rs 45 lakhs as security deposit, and the rentals will see a 7 percent increase every year. For the first year, Kartik will be paying Rs 7.5 lakh, Rs 8.02 lakhs in the 2nd year and Rs 8.58 lakhs in the 3rd year.
For the unversed, Shahid & Mira recently moved out from this Juhu apartment to their 8,625 sq ft plush duplex in the south wing of Three Sixty West in Worli. The couple had bought the Worli duplex back in 2019 for a whopping Rs 58 CRORES!
