Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas Moved Out Of Their LA House:

According to a Page Six report, Priyanka and Nick were apparently forced to move out of their $20 million LA home due to extensive water damage and mold infestation that rendered the property “virtually unlivable.”

The couple has also filed a lawsuit against the seller of he house. As per the lawsuit, which was filed in May 2023, problems with the pool and spa started soon after the purchase.

The waterproofing issues in the premises led to “fostered mold contamination and related issues.” The complaint also mentioned another water leak in the barbecue area on the deck.

The pool and spa began to present a series of issues around April 2020, including porous waterproofing that fostered mould contamination and related issues. At or about the same time, a water leak appeared at the barbecue area on the deck. This leak damaged a portion of the interior living area immediately below the deck.”
