Govinda- Sunita Ahuja Divorce; she Alleges Cruelty And Cheating

after 38 years of marriage, sunita has filed for divorce

the reasons she has cited are serious… adultery, cruelty, and desertion

she filed her petition under Section 13 (1) (i), (ia), and (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955

 she has been regularly attending hearings & court-mandated counselling sessions since June 2025

Govinda has not shown up in person. His absence has now led the court to issue him a show cause notice

earlier in feb, it was being reported that the couple had reconciled

however, it looks like the divorce stuff has resurfaced again

govinda and sunita got married on 11 march 1987

they have 2 children - Tina and Yashvardhan
