With the demand for CBI Inquiry and justice in Sushant Singh Rajput’s case rising, the masses have found support in Rajya Sabha MP and Former Union Cabinet Minister, Subramanian Swamy.

He had recently appointed Advocate Ishkaran Bhandari for processing all the required documents for a possible CBI case for Sushant.

Presently in the Sushant Rajput case, Ishkaran is looking to see if Sections 306 and/or 308 of India Penal Code read with Article 21 of the Constitution is applicable. That is, whether accepting the Police version of it being a suicide, was the Actor driven to it?

The recent update by Advocate Ishkaran Bhandari is that he has written a letter to the Police Commissioner of Mumbai, requesting them to – “Preserve and do through forensic examination of ALL ELECTRONIC EVIDENCE, phone, computer, etc of all people connected to Sushant Singh Rajput Case.”
