After Raj Kundra’s arrest in the alleged porn films scandal, wife Shilpa Shetty’s troubles seem to keep on piling.
Now, an alleged fraud case has been registered in Uttar Pradesh against Shilpa and her mother Sunanda Shetty regarding a wellness centre.
As per ABP Live report, the complaint against Shilpa-Sunanda has been filed by Jyotsna Chauhan and Rohit Veer Singh.
Jyotsna and Rohit had accused the mother-daughter duo of allegedly duping them of crores of rupees by promising to open a branch of Shilpa’s ‘Iosis Wellness Centre’. Shilpa was the chairperson while Mom Sunanda was the director of this fitness chain. However, the complainants are claiming that these two took the money but didn’t fulfill the promise of launching the branch.
Two FIRs have been registered at Hazratganj (by Rohit) and Vibhuti Khand (by Jyostna) police stations respectively in Lucknow. Notices have been sent to Shilpa Shetty and her mother and the investigation is currently underway.
