Aashiqui 3: Tripti Dimri opposite Kartik Aaryan, fake news?
This Aashiqui sequel is being helmed by Anurag Basu and produced by Bhushan Kumar. Animal actress Tripti Dimri was earlier reported to have been approached as the female lead.
Aashiqui 3: Tripti Dimri Is Not Cast?
However, Mukesh Bhatt who is producer of Aashiqui 3, denied the news of casting Triptii Dimri opposite Kartik Aaryan.

“Rubbish! This is absolutely false. I have made it very clear that we are not casting until the script and the music are ready. But everyone wants to cash in on my popular Aashiqui franchise. This is unacceptable. I haven’t even met this lady,” Bhatt said.
“Kartik and the music are the stars of Aashiqui 3. The rest will happen after we get the music in place, not before,” he added.
Aashiqui 3: Tara Sutaria’s Name Was Doing The Rounds Previously
Previously, there was chatter about Tara Sutaria being paired with Kartik for this romantic, musical drama but Mukesh Bhatt had shut down rumours about Tara’s casting as well.

Last seen in Satyaprem Ki Katha, Kartik has a lot of exciting projects lined up next. He has an epic war drama backed by Karan Johar.
Chandu Champion is Kartik’s upcoming sports drama – directed by Kabir Khan. Kartik is essaying the role of Indian swimmer Murlikant Petkar, whose pet name was Chandu allegedly.
Kartik has been roped in for the 3rd part of the horror-comedy franchise Bhool Bhulaiyaa. Kartik resumes his role as Rooh Baba in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
Tripti Dimri Upcoming Movies:
After the blockbuster success of Animal, Tripti Dimri will star in its sequel Animal Park. Dimri will next appear in Anand Tiwari’s romantic film Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam, alongside Vicky Kaushal.
