The highly anticipated film War 2, starring Hrithik Roshan, Kiara Advani and Jr NTR, directed by Ayan Mukerji, has been released today, on August 14, 2025.

Hrithik Roshan:
Hrithik Roshan reprises his role as Major Kabir Dhaliwal, the suave spy who stole the show in the first film. For War 2, his reported fee stands at Rs 50 crore, higher than what he has previously earned from YRF projects. And he also has a profit sharing deal.

Jr NTR:
Marking his highly anticipated Bollywood debut, Jr NTR, playing Vikram, is reportedly commanding a staggering fee of ₹70 crore for War 2, a significant leap from the ₹45 crore he received for RRR.

Kiara Advani:
Kiara Advani steps into the spy universe alongside Hrithik Roshan as Kavya Luthra, daughter of Colonel Luthra. She is reportedly earning around ₹15 crore for the project — her highest paycheck to date — marking a significant milestone in her career.
Anil Kapoor:
Anil, who played Hrithik Roshan’s senior in Fighter, reunites with him on the big screen. In War 2, he is introduced as the new RAW chief after the death of Colonel Karan Luthra. Anil Kapoor earned Rs 10 Crore for his role.
Ayan Mukerji:
After creating the fantasy world of Brahmastra, Ayan Mukerji steps into the action-thriller space for the first time. The filmmaker is reportedly being paid Rs 30 crore, placing him among the highest-paid directors in the industry today.
