The movie opened strong on Friday with ₹15.06 crore, instantly becoming the second-biggest romantic opener of 2025. The only romantic film ahead of it is Ahaan Panday’s Saiyaara, which debuted at ₹21.5 crore. What’s working? A fiery Dhanush and Kriti pairing, solid word of mouth, and the classic Aanand L Rai brand of romance. With numbers like these, half the battle is already won.

Now comes the real test. The Monday-Tuesday collection will decide whether the film’s momentum holds strong. And with Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar releasing this Friday, the competition is about to get intense. Weekend 2 performance will be crucial.

For now, though, Tere Ishk Mein has every reason to celebrate. A blockbuster start, a buzzing audience, and a lot of love coming its way.
