Apoorva recently reposted an Instagram story claiming that, according to Business Today, she earns ₹2.5 lakh per day through her social media content. The report also mentioned that her bold online persona, ‘Kaleshi Aurat‘, has helped her build an impressive net worth of ₹41 crore. It further stated that she charges ₹6 lakh for a reel and ₹2 lakh for an Instagram story. Sharing this post on her story, Apoorva reacted with a cheeky comment: “Galat hai bhai?????“, hinting that the numbers might be exaggerated.
In a recent interview, Apoorva Mukhija shared a funny anecdote involving her mother. She revealed that her mom had sent her a screenshot of the viral claims about her earnings and jokingly asked, “Where is all this money? Why haven’t we been able to buy a house yet?” Apoorva laughed it off, responding that their finances are nowhere near what the reports suggest. She also added that while she may be seen “everywhere,” the actual payments she receives are far from the inflated figures being circulated. Apoorva clarified this during the interview to set the record straight.
She said, “I’m everywhere, but my net worth is not even close to Rs. 41 crore. I’m not even making one-tenth of that“.
In the interview, Apoorva candidly shared that brands often don’t pay her the rates she quotes. She added with a laugh that if she ever earned something like ₹10 crores, she’d consider retiring altogether. Speaking about her current financial reality, Apoorva mentioned that the outfit she wore for the interview was rented, her heels were worn out, and the most expensive item she owned was the watch on her wrist, which cost her ₹20,000.
She stated, “These clothes are rented. I have to return them after this. My heels are dirty, nails are fake, and my watch, which is Rs. 20,000, is the most expensive thing I’m wearing.”
Professionally, Apoorva primarily earns her income through her work as a content creator. However, her recent rise to fame has opened new doors in the entertainment industry. She made her Bollywood debut with a supporting role in Nadaaniyan, starring Khushi Kapoor and Ibrahim Ali Khan. Additionally, she gained significant recognition as a contestant on the popular reality show hosted by Karan Johar, marking her transition into the reality TV space.
