Here’s why Deepika Padukone slammed the media over Sushant Singh Rajput’s death!

Sushant Singh Rajput’s passed away on June 14th, 2020 and ever since, the internet has been mourning the loss of this amazing actor and trying to come to terms with the his untimely demise. Lots of pictures and videos of the late actor have been doing the rounds on social media.

Noticing videos from Sushant’s last rites, the Om Shanti Om actress, Deepika Padukone came forward to slam the paparazzi for using, sharing and monetising such private content without the permission of the late actor’s family.

The video showed Sushant’s body being taken from the hospital to the crematorium. The pap captioned the video “my pictures and videos could not be used on any platforms without written consent.”

Unhappy on seeing the video Deepika commented, “Right. But it is okay for you to take this video and not only post it but also probably monetize it without his or his family’s written consent?”

Actress Deepika Padukone who has herself been a victim of clinical depression had initially posted on mental health awareness in context to Sushant suffering from clinical depression. Here’s what she penned down.
