Vaani Kapoor and Ayushmann Khurrana are all set to share screen space in a progressive love story helmed by director Abhishek Kapoor.
The untitled film is a love story set in scenic & picturesque locations of North India. Ayushmann Khurrana will be seen playing the role of a cross-functional athlete.
Excited to be a part of the movie, Vaani Kapoor stated, “Ayushmann is one of the most talented actors of our generation and I’m only thrilled about our first film together to be this beautiful love story.”
Talking about how she always wanted to work with Gattu Kapoor she also added, “I have always wanted to work with Abhishek Kapoor, being so inspired by his films. This feels like an amazing opportunity to be part of his vision.”
Director Abhishek Kapoor who is know for his commendable work in movies like Rock On, Kedarnath & Kai Po Che stated “I thought Vaani was fabulous in Befikre. She’s beautiful and a very committed actor. I am looking forward to having her and Ayushmann on set. I believe their combo will be electrifying.”
The shoot of the film is scheduled to begin in October 2020 and set to release in August 2021.
