Rhea Chakraborty was arrested by the NCB for drug (cannabis) abuse/procurement and Twitter is furious.
The hashtag #BlazeItUpForRhea was trending at the top spot on Twitter around 12 pm, with over 10k tweets throughout the day.
As mentioned by a TOI report, Twitter users also “mocked” the actor’s arrest for the alleged purchase of cannabis, a drug which is legal in several countries for recreational purposes.
“For legal reasons this is the methi I bought back in march #BlazeItUpForRhea,” wrote a user K Crescent moon, who goes by the handle @localbicon, while sharing pictures of cannabis. Others also posted pictures of cannabis leaves and lit joints, but referred to it with different names, including dhaniya (coriander) and agarbatti (incense sticks).
