Action Hero Akshay Strikes Again! This time as a RAW Agent!
Exciting news, folks! The teaser of Akshay Kumar’s espionage thriller ‘BellBottom’ just dropped and we can’t keep calm. Check it out:
The Superstar captioned the teaser as a ‘thrilling throwback to the 80s’.
This spy thriller is based on the plane hijacks that took India by a storm in the early 1980s. With Vaani Kapoor as the leading lady, the movie also stars Huma Qureshi and Lara Dutta in pivotal roles.
The BellBottom crew recently completed the film’s shooting. It was the first Bollywood film to start and finish shooting during the coronavirus pandemic. The cast and crew flew off to UK to shoot in August and finished it on September 30.
Produced by Pooja Entertainment in association with Emmay Entertainment, the film has been directed by Ranjit M Tewari.
Bellbottom is set to release in cinemas on 2nd April, 2021.
