SRK’s Red Chillies Entertainment is collaborating with Drishyam Films to produce an exciting crime thriller!
The movie will star Vikrant Massey and Sanya Malhotra as the lead couple, and Bobby Deol will also have a pivotal role.
It has been titled ‘Love Hostel’. The makers unveiled the basic premise of the film on Thursday; it will revolve around ‘a couple on the run’.
“Set against the pulsating backdrop of rustic North India, Love Hostel traces the volatile journey of a spirited young couple, being hunted by a ruthless mercenary. The star-crossed lovers take on the entire world and then more in search of their fairytale ending. This is a survival tale in the game of power, money and principles, with mayhem and bloodshed.”
Love Hostel is going to be directed by Shanker Raman, who has helmed critically acclaimed films such as Gurgaon, which was his directorial debut. He has worked as a cinematographer in films such as Peepli (Live), Rocky Handsome and Mukkabaaz, and also directed a few episodes of the Netflix original series Leila.
The film will go on the floors early next year. Before the shooting begins, the actors will be undergoing several acting workshops as part of their prep.
