Om Raut’s next directorial ‘Adipurush’, starring South Superstar Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan in lead, is highly anticipated.
On Thursday, Prabhas took to Instagram to announce the release date of the epic, action-drama. Looks like the makers are going the theatre route.
Adipurush will be hitting the big screens on 11th August 2022! Well, that’s still quite some time left to go, and we hope the pandemic vs cinema scenario improves so we can enjoy this grand spectacle properly!
“Celebrating victory of good over evil”… the film is an adaptation of the epic Ramayana. While Prabhas will be seen essaying the role of Lord Ram, Saif Ali Khan has been locked in as the antagonist Lankesh. The search for the movie’s leading lady is still on though.
Adipurush will release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and several other languages.
