Taapsee Pannu is all fired up and she’s got four bombs to drop so far in the next year, 2021.
Currently working on two of her projects, Pannu is shaking the industry with her performances and we’re excited about her new arrivals.
#1 Haseen Dilruba
Haseen Dilruba is first on the list as the initial release of the film was supposed to be this September but after the pandemic struck, it had to get pushed into the next year. The new release date for this film remains unannounced.
The film is an upcoming mystery thriller film directed by Vinil Mathew and produced by Aanand L. Rai. It also stars Harshvardhan Rane, Vikram Massey and Hansika Motwani.
#2 Rashmi Rocket
Rashmi Rocket is an Akarsh Khurana directorial which stars Taapsee Pannu and Priyanshu Painyuli. The film is also co-produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Neha Anand, and Pranjal Khandhdiya.
The story talks about a girl called Rashmi who discovers her way from the village to athletic contests. The release date for this film is unannounced. “Most of my races for Rashmi Rocket will be filmed in December,” Pannu says.
#3 Shabaash Mithu
Pannu’s third venture is titled ‘Shabaash Mithu’ and it is a biopic of Mithali Raj, the Indian women’s cricket team skipper. The film is directed by Rahul Dholakia and is produced by Ajit Andhare.
“I will kick off my three-month cricket training before I start shooting for the film. I will continue practising the sport for the entire span of Shabaash Mithu’s filming,” Taapsee says as per an article.
“In the new year, I will be breathing cricket,” she states. The actress is determined to give her best performance.
The film releases on the 5th of February in 2021.
#4 Looop Lapeta
Currently, Looop Lapeta seems to be Pannu’s last project for the next year and not much has been disclosed for the same. The film is said to be directed by Aakash Bhatia and it stars Tahir Bhasin alongside Taapsee.
The movie is apparently a new-age comedy thriller and is also the adaptation of ‘Run Lola Run’, which is a 1998 German cult classic.
The release date for this film was revealed to be the 29th of January, 2021.
