And looks like her mysterious, NRI husband Riteish will finally reveal his identity on the show as a contestant!
Rakhi had gotten married to Riteish on July 28, 2019 and their pictures had taken the Internet by the storm. However, fans were left feeling confused whether Rakhi was really hitched or was it a publicity stunt – as all the pictures had Riteish’s face cropped out. Her husband had reportedly wanted to stay out of the media glare and keep his identity a secret.
But Riteish is now willing to open up on their marriage to support Rakhi and might soon enter Big Boss 14 as a contestant! In conversation with TOI, Riteish revealed –
“I have told the Bigg Boss makers that I want to enter the show as a contestant and they are working on it. They wanted me to enter on Christmas, but as I was busy with my work, I could not go inside. I have asked them to inform me a week in advance if I have to enter as I will have to settle a few things before going inside.
I have told them I will be available in the first week of January, but I haven’t got any confirmation until now so let’s see when it happens. I am expecting to enter by mid-week. I will go as a contestant, I have requested the makers. I want to go inside as her support. I feel Rakhi has come into my life as a blessing and she is a very good person.”
Talking about his romance with Rakhi, Ritiesh told IANS – “It was love at first sight for us, and before that we didn’t meet each other. We used to talk on phone, and then we met each other and got married within two to three days. I told Rakhi that our pictures should not be leaked anywhere in the media or social media, and as an ideal wife, she followed that. Rakhi is like a small child and, to be honest, the kind of love and affection she has showered on me and my family, she has won my family’s heart after our marriage.“
