Ranbir Kapoor & Alia Bhatt have been setting couple goals with their adorable PDA.
The couple will be seen together on big screens for the first time in Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’.
Ranbir Kapoor made his Bollywood debut with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Saawariya’, opposite Sonam Kapoor in 2007, while Alia’s big-ticket Bollywood debut movie ‘Student Of The Year’ released in 2012, co-starring Varun Dhawan & Siddharth Malhotra.
Well, it may come as a surprise if we tell you that Alia & Ranbir were supposed to be each other’s first co-stars. Yes, you heard this right!
In 2014, during the promotions of ‘Highway’, the ‘Barfi’ actor revealed that they were supposed to star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Balika Vadhu’. In fact, they even did a photoshoot for it. Alia was 12 years old back then, while RK was 20.
Recalling their first meeting moment, Ranbir said, “Technically me and Alia were first co-stars. We did a photoshoot together for a film called Balika Vadhu, which Mr. Bhansali was directing. I was around 20 and Alia must be around 3-4.”

The ‘Highway’ actress was supposed to put her head on RK’s shoulder but she wasn’t apparently willing to.
Alia stated that it was the maximum contact she had with a boy at that age so she was feeling shy. She then revealed that’s when Sanjay Leela Bhansali thought Alia was flirting with Ranbir.
Alia Bhat had repeatedly confessed that she had a crush on Ranbir since she was 11!
