Parineeti Chopra’s recent release was ‘The Girl On The Train’ on Netflix.
However, her next offering will not be taking the OTT route but rather opt for a theatrical release, if reports are to be believed.
Parineeti is all set to play Saina Nehwal in the biopic on the ace badminton player. Shraddha Kapoor was initially supposed to headline the project but was replaced by Chopra.
Helmed by Amole Gupte, the Saina Nehwal biopic was earlier speculated to release on Amazon Prime. However, as per latest Pinkvilla report, the film will apparently be hitting the big screen on March 26.
Parineeti also has Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar with Arjun Kapoor, which is also releasing in the cinemas on 19th March.
