Bajirao Mastani is a 2015 historical romance film directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Ajay Devgan was initially chosen to play the role of Bajirao in the movie. Sadly, the terms and conditions did not seem appealing to the actor who then rejected the movie. Ranveer Singh then stepped in to play the role.
4. Darr
Darr is a 1993 movie starring yet again… Shah Rukh Khan and the mighty Sunny Deol. However, this movie was initially supposed to be worked by Ajay Devgn who had rejected the movie as it was clashing with another movie that he was working for at that time. He apparently never responded to the filmmaker.
5. Padmaavat
The iconic role of Alauddin Khilji was initially offered to Ajay Devgn who had to turn it down because of clashing schedules. Padmaavat is a 2018 blockbuster starring Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor and Deepika Padukone.
