Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan had previously shared screenspace in the heartwarming movie ‘Piku’.
The sweet duo is collaborating again for their next project.
As reported by trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Big B and Deepika will be starring in the Hindi remake of the Hollywood movie – ‘The Intern’. The original featured Robert De Niro and Anne Hathaway in the lead roles.
Rishi Kapoor was supposed to star opposite Deepika but due to his tragic demise last year, the cast had to undergo a change. This Indian adaptation is being directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma and produced by Sunir Kheterpal and Deepika Padukone.
Deepika will also be sharing screenspace with Big B in Prabhas’s sci-fi film.
