Shahid Kapoor seems to have his plate full with exciting projects like the Jersey remake as well as his web debut with Raj & DK’s series ‘Sunny.
And if the latest reports are to be believed, then the Kabir Singh star is gearing up to collaborate with director Sujoy Ghosh (of Kahaani fame).
According to Pinkvilla, the duo will be working together on a feature film. A source revealed – “Shahid and Sujoy have been speaking about a potential collaboration for a while now and things seem to have fallen in place. Shahid has liked a script and if all goes as planned, the film will go on floors this year itself.”
Shahid reportedly will wrap up Sujoy Ghosh’s film first before getting into Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s film wherein he will be essaying the Mahabharata character ‘Karna’.
It was also rumoured that Kapoor would be playing Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in Ashwin Varde’s period drama film.
