Bad news about Brahmastra, folks.
The Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor starrer fantasy adventure film seems to be delayed quite a bit further now because of the 2nd wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.
As per latest report by Pinkvilla, the Ayan Mukerji directorial is now looking at Summer 2022 as their release window!
A source said – “A lot of films were expected to be released this year, however, everything’s changed because of the second wave of Covid 19. The makers of Brahmastra are now looking at a Summer 2022 release. Ayan is hoping to resume filming for the remaining portions in October or November, depending on the situation then. Meanwhile, post-production work on the parts that are already filmed is going on in full swing.”
Brahmastra also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mouni Roy. Nagarjuna had wrapped up his Brahmastra schedule earlier this year.
Meanwhile, fans can’t help but be curious as to when Ranbir-Alia will finally tie the knot! Let’s wait and see.
