As per TOI report, Amrita had been approached to star in Salman Khan’s ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’. But she reportedly refused it as she didn’t want to play his sister. The role then went to Swara Bhaskar.
A source had said – “Amrita would have loved to do a film with Salman, but the role was that of his sister. Her character is negative, she did not want to play a cute girl in a negative role.”
However, later on Amrita had dismissed these reports as rumours, saying she had never been approached.
