Kamaal R Khan vs Salman Khan controversy continues.
KRK had initially been alleging that he was being sued by Salman over ‘Radhe’ movie review.
However, the Superstar’s legal team maintained that the defamation case was in regards to KRK’s allegations of corruption and money laundering against Being Human.
KRK has also been calling Salman ‘Bollywood Ka Gunda Bhai’ in his tweets and threatening to destroy his career. As per the latest HT report, the Mumbai court has temporarily restricted KRK from posting ANY defamatory posts or videos on social media about Salman. This order shall continue until the case reaches resolution.
The matter has now been adjourned to 2nd August.
The court said – “A good reputation is an element of personal security and is protected by the Constitution equally with the right to the enjoyment of life, liberty and property. If the defendant (Kamaal Khan) is permitted to continue the use of such defamatory words against the plaintiff (Salman Khan) they will cause irreparable loss to the image of plaintiff in the society.”
Meanwhile, KRK reacted to the development by tweeting this –
He also stated that he will go to Supreme court even – to protect his freedom of speech.
