Good news folks! The much-awaited sequel ‘Hungama 2’ is ready to release.
Shilpa Shetty Kundra is finally making a comeback in movies with this comedy-drama.
Directed by Priyadarshan, the movie stars- Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Meezaan Jaffrey, Pranitha Subhash, Johnny Lever, Ashutosh Rana, amongst others.
Revealing a new poster, the makers revealed the confirmed release date. The movie is scheduled to stream exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar VIP on 23 July. The trailer will be dropped tomorrow.
Excited to return to movies, elated Shilpa took to Instagram and wrote, “Can’t keep calm, kyunki ab hoga Hungama! #DisneyPlusHotstarMultiplex #Hungama2 trailer coming out on July 1st on Disney+ Hotstar VIP! You don’t want to miss this!”
While talking about whether the sequel is a continuation of the first one, director Priyadarshan once said, “No. It will be a fresh story. We decided to title the new comedy ‘Hungama 2’ because the mood of masti, mischief, and hungama remain unchanged,”
It’s a sequel to the 2003 cult comedy, which starred Akshaye Khanna, Rimi Sen, Paresh Rawal, and Aftab Shivdasani in lead.
