Nupur Sanon is currently basking in the success of her song with Akshay Kumar – ‘Filhaal 2 Mohabbat’.
While her sister Kriti is all set for Mimi’s release, Nupur too will be following in her footsteps with her Bollywood debut.
As per a Peeping Moon report, Nupur has allegedly come on board for a film produced by Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh.
Nupur further insisted that she doesn’t want to star merely as a glam doll in movies. She also elaborated on her backup plan to the portal –
“I have signed a project and I’m sure that will bring out the best act I have put out. Due to the COVID-19 situation, it got delayed as producers have to wrap their prior commitments. I remember telling Kriti once that I’ll not do a film that doesn’t put me out anywhere. I don’t want to be a part of projects in which the script demands me to be a glam doll. If I don’t get better projects, I’ll go back to completing my MBA and get a job. I don’t want to be someone who will be done after 2 films.”
Nupur also opened up about being shortlisted for a BIG banner film but getting replaced at the end moment!
“There was a big banner film for which 4 actresses, including me, were shortlisted. I got positive feedback from them and they did like me. However, a fifth person- someone from the industry-got selected for it. That hit me and I was very low at that point. Since then, Kriti has been telling me that you have to be prepared for this,” Nupur told Peeping Moon.
