The Raj Kundra controversy is raging on in full steam in Bollywood.
However, looks like a renowned Marathi actor has been unnecessarily and wrongly dragged into the scandal!
The name Umesh Kamat has been doing rounds lately. Umesh Kamat was Raj Kundra’s ex-employee and a representative of a UK-based production house ‘Kenrin’. He was arrested after being accused of uploading at least 7-8 obscene videos shot by Gehana Vasisth and putting them on UK apps like Eightshots, Nuefliks and HotHit, as per Free Press Journal.
However, certain media houses have instead been using the photo of Marathi actor Umesh Kamat while talking about the Raj Kundra case. The furious actor took to Instagram to slam the media houses for using his picture and name without verifying!
He clarified that he WASN’T the ‘Umesh Kamat’ associated with the case. He called out the news channels for irresponsible reporting and has vowed to pursue necessary legal action for damaging his reputation.
