Bharti Singh Reveals The Secret Behind Her 15 Kilo Weight Loss!

Comedian Bharti Singh has always been self-loving and confident. She has often jested about her body weight in a positive way.

Bharti now has shred up to 15 kilos and expressed how this change has made her much healthier.

The journey began when Bharti was left to do all household chores without external help during the COVID-19 lockdown. She realised that she would often get tired easily and that it wasn’t healthy.

“When we were doing Khatra Khatra Khatra, I would often talk to all these actors and they mentioned how they would fast long hours. I decided to give it a try. While initially, I would crave food late at night, I worked hard on it and now my body has accepted the new change. I don’t follow any diet, I just don’t eat anything between 7 pm-12 pm. I have my regular parathas, eggs, dal-sabzi, everything I have always liked,” Bharti says, as per a report.

Singh, who was at 91 kilos, is now proud to weigh 76 kilos and plans on maintaining that. She says that not being a gym person wasn’t an issue because intermittent fasting worked for her. She says, “The last 30-32 years I haven’t taken care of myself, and would eat at odd times. That caused a lot of issues and I was even at borderline diabetes. I also got asthma during my stint on Khatron Ke Khiladi, and would also get tired really easily. Now, having shed my extra kilos I am feeling so much lighter and don’t even have any health issues.”

Bharti is hosting Dance Deewane 3 and is also performing on The Kapil Sharma Show. She shared that she is proud of her physical transformation and feels happy seeing herself on-screen. This has also made her like posting pictures online on social media!
