Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden are currently shooting for Anthony Russo and Joe Russo’s global thriller multi-series Citadel.
The Family Man creators Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK will allegedly be writing and directing the Hindi version of Citadel.
As per The Quint report, this action-adventure espionage series will have a “mothership series” and other local language “satellite series”.
The Indian spin-off will reportedly feature Varun Dhawan as the male lead. It’s expected to kickstart shooting early next year. The Indian version will allegedly have crossovers and cross-references with the main series.
The main Citadel series will air from January 2022 reportedly. Meanwhile, on the Bollywood front, Varun has Bhediya and Jugg Jugg Jeeyo lined up ahead of him.
