Singer-actor Yo Yo Honey Singh has been all over the news after his wife Shalini Talwar accused him of domestic violence.
Shalini had filed a case against Singh & his family under the ‘Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act’.
Earlier this month, Honey Singh had physically appeared before Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court in connection with the domestic violence case, which listed the matter for further hearing on September 28.
Now, according to ANI, the rapper has been served with another notice by Delhi High Court after his estranged wife filed a fresh application against him.
In her new plea, Shalini is seeking to restrain him from creating third-party rights on immovable and movable assets owned by him or his companies in UAE, as the report suggests.
Earlier, Shalini had allegedly accused Honey Singh of having extra-marital affairs and also sought Rs 20 crores as a compensation from him.
Reacting to her allegations against him, Honey Singh had called the charges ‘false and malicious.’ The duo had tied the knot on January 23, 2011.
