Shilpa Shetty’s husband, businessman Raj Kundra, was arrested on the 19th of July and was sent into judicial custody.
Kundra and several others have been involved in a pornographic case and were accused of shooting adult films.
Raj Kundra challenged the remand to custody and had sought immediate bail but the Bombay High Court had dismissed the appeal not too long ago.
Now, sourced from a report, we have found out that Raj has finally been granted bail by a Mumbai court, two whole months post his arrest. He was also ordered to pay a surety of ₹ 50 Thousand.
Recently, the Mumbai Police had filed a 1,400-page charge sheet in court listing charges against him. The previous Saturday (18th September), Kundra requested bail again reportedly claiming to be made a ‘scapegoat’ and that there was no evidence in the charge sheet that he was actively involved in creating the content.
