The Bahubali star Prabhas recently announced his upcoming pan-India movie- ‘Spirit’.
Helmed by the ‘Kabir Singh’ director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, ‘Spirit’ marks Prabhas’s 25th film in his career.
Produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Bhadrakali Pictures, the movie will be released in multiple languages like Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and foreign languages like Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
While the ‘Saaho’ actor is said to be charging Rs 100 crores for each film he signs, rumours are rife that Prabhas has supposedly hiked his remuneration for the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial.
If this media report is to be believed, Prabhas has reportedly charged a whopping amount of Rs 150 CRORES for ‘Spirit’ and the makers have agreed to pay him the amount he quoted. Yes, you heard this right!
Did you guys know Prabhas was NOT the first choice for this film? Reportedly, Sandeep had earlier offered Ram Charan the lead role. Due to some yet-to-be-known reasons, the ‘RRR’ actor had rejected it. After that, the script supposedly went to Allu Arjun and Mahesh Babu but they had declined the offer too.
On the work front, Prabhas has some interesting projects lined up, which include ‘Adipurush’, ‘Salaar’, ‘Radhe Shyam’, Nag Ashwin’s upcoming sci-fi film.
