His next is the horror flick ‘Dybbuk’ – which is the Hindi remake of the 2017 Malayalam horror-thriller ‘Ezra’.
Directed by Jay Krishnan, who also helmed the original, Dybbuk will also star Manav Kaul and Nikita Dutta in prominent roles.
The movie is slated for an OTT release – arriving on Amazon Prime Video on October 29, 2021. Emraan dropped an intriguing teaser of the project today – watch!
The original movie ‘Ezra’ starred Prithviraj Sukumaran and Priya Anand in lead roles. The synopsis reads – “Priya and Ranjan have paranormal experiences after she buys an antique box from a dealer. They learn that the box is a dybbuk and take the help of a rabbi to learn its history.”
