Kartik Aaryan is ready with a big Dhamaka next!
His upcoming movie with Ram Madhvani titled ‘Dhamaka’ is a remake of the Korean flick ‘The Terror Live’.
Apart from Kartik, Dhamaka also stars Mrunal Thakur and Amruta Subhash in prominent roles.
Kartik essays the role of news anchor Arjun Pathak who is demanding his primetime slot back at Bharosa 24/7 channel. He has the chance to boost his career with an exclusive, high-TRP interview with a terrorist, who’s threatening to blow up the Sea Link bridge.
However, things take a turn for the worse when the terrorist makes good on his threat and tells him he’ll blow up the rest of the bridge if Arjun doesn’t call the minister and ask him to apologise.
Arjun is caught in a dilemma – as his wife (played by Mrunal Thakur) is also one of the reporters covering the event at the bridge.

An interesting tidbit about Dhamaka – Kartik had reportedly completed the movie shoot in just 10 days! As per Peeping Moon report, his remuneration for the film is a whopping 20 CRORES!
