B-Town’s alleged lovebirds Vicky Kaushal & Katrina Kaif have been hitting headlines every other day due to their wedding news lately.
As per speculations, VicKat will apparently have a December wedding (7th Dec – 9th Dec) at the Six Senses Fort Barwara resort in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.
Recently, rumours went rife that the ‘Uri’ actor had allegedly proposed to Katrina for marriage in a true filmy style. Reportedly, he had gifted the actress a box of dark chocolate brownies and kept a ring and a note inside the box that said, ‘Will you marry me?’
Now, according to India Today, Vicky Kaushal & Katrina are now ‘Rokafied’. As the report suggests, the roka ceremony was held at filmmaker Kabir Khan & wife Mini Mathur’s residence in Mumbai.
Reportedly, Vicky’s parents – Sham Kaushal & Veena Kaushal, brother Sunny Kaushal and Katrina’s mom Suzanne Turquoette and her sister Isabelle Kaif were present at the hush-hush ceremony.
An insider informed the portal- “It was a beautiful roka. There were lights and decorations and Katrina looked stunning in her lehenga. Since the Diwali dates were auspicious muhurat, the families decided to go ahead with the ceremony. Kabir and Mini are almost like family to Katrina and they were the most gracious hosts.”
As per TOI, the rumoured had decided to arrive for their engagement in separate cars to avoid the paparazzi and media attention. Vicky & Katrina are said to have not sent the wedding invites yet.
Meanwhile, VicKat’s engagement rumours had previously spread like a wildfire as well. At that time, both the actors’ teams had denied such reports.
On the work front, Katrina has films like ‘Tiger 3’, ‘Phone Bhoot’ in her kitty, whereas Vicky is currently busy with Sam Maneckshaw biopic ‘Sam Bahadur’.
