The stunning Sara Ali Khan is currently busy promoting her next movie ‘Atrangi Re’, co-starring Akshay Kumar and Dhanush.
Directed by Anaand L. Rai, the musical love story is set to release on Disney+ Hotstar on December 24, 2021.
The ‘Kedarnath’ actress can often be seen sharing pictures with Ananya Panday and Janhvi Kapoor on Instagram. The star kids’ trio began their career almost at the same time and are often compared to each other by fans.
Recently, at Agenda AajTak 2021, Sara reportedly opened up on her bond with her so-called contemporaries Ananya Panday & Janhvi Kapoor. Talking about it, Sara stated that she may not be best friends with them and also revealed the reason behind her growing bond with the two.
Sara said, “We are very different from each other and we are comfortable in our own skin. We are not best friends and we all have different set of friends. But we connected in the past two years. As young ambitious girls who are starting their career, to lose two years to Covid, that brought us close. This thing even my mom won’t understand. Words like competition and contemporaries are used by others, they are not for me.”
Sara made her Bollywood debut with ‘Kedarnath’ in 2018, whereas Janhvi and Ananya debuted with ‘Dhadak’ (2018) and ‘Student of the Year 2’ (2019) respectively.
